I AM 12 ALMOST 13 AND I NEED TO LOSE WEIGHT SUPER FAST.SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME.?
I AM 5′ 2” ABOUT 175.AND I ALWAYS HAVE TROUBLE LOSING WEIGHT.I TRIED STARVING MYSELF BUT MY MOM KEEP GOING TO MCDONALDES AND ME A DOUBLE CHEESE BURGER AND FRIES OR DOMINO’S.SO SOME ONE PLEASE HELP ME.I NEED HELP SO BADD!!I AM DESPRET.
When I was your age, about twelve, I really wanted to get a more shapely figure, too. I remember that I started exercising in front of TV every day, right when I came back from school. The workout show only lasted 20 minutes, so I never got tired afterwords. Already after 2 weeks I noticed that my body was changing: I felt stronger, prettier, and my self-confidence grew. I remember during early teens I started getting more hungry than usual, which is completely normal because your hormones come to play. So just keep on eating, but eating more consciously. Do not starve yourself. It actually doesn’t work. The best way to lose weight is sincerely to exercise and eat about five meals a day. Breakfast, lunch, and dinner should be normal portion and between snacks should be fruit or vegetables.
You know, people used to be much skinnier before. Instead of driving the car, they actually walked, and they worked around the house. (that’s why we need to exercise today, because we barely walk, and don’t work manually). People ate smaller portions, and less sweets.
If your mom takes you to McDonald’s next time, remove the top half of the bun and only keep the bottom half. The burger may look top-naked, but you will save about 75 calories (one bun is about 150 calories). And if you go to Domino’s, choose thin crust pizza. It has less dough, which means less flour, that is fewer calories.
Remember, so many people have lost weight, you can, too!

Weight loss was a nightmare for me until I used acai berry. I acknowledge they say that pills will not work, however they certainly worked for me, and they have been shown on CBS News too. There is a free trial on currently at http://rafopt.freeregime.info , give it a try, why not?

first of all DON’T starve yourself – that’s not good at all and it wont have any lasting effect.
if you want to lose weight exercise and eat healthily. honestly that’s the best way to lose the weight and keep it off
and if you want junk food then have it as a treat in moderation

You need a change of lifestyle and your mom needs to be supportive of that. You need to start eating HEALTHY foods, and cooking at home. The McDonalds salads have more sugar in them than half the chocolates I eat! Muffins only pretend to be healthy.
You need to go grocery shopping and stock up on GOOD foods, no soda, no juices, get veggies, multigrain breads, fresh fruit, salad fixings, low fat dressings and condiments, lean meats like chicken and fish, and healthy snacks like granola and yoghurt.
If you cut out 500 calories a day you’ll lose a pound a week. That’s SO EASY to do. It’s the difference between drinking a soda and having a bag of chips or having water and an apple.
You can’t starve yourself, you’ll only crash and end up GAINING more weight.
However, you do need to start making healthy choices or you’ll have serious health issues when you’re older. You’re very overweight for your height.
First step is to buy good foods. Second step is to have reasonable portions and control your calories. Have seven jellybeans, not fifty. Have a tiny hint of margarine, not a heap of butter. Make healthy substitutes. If you normally put sugar in your tea use honey instead. If you’re used to drinking Starbucks then know it packs more calories than a dinner with all the trimmings. Kiss the sugary crap goodbye and make your own coffee at home, add skim milk and splenda instead of cream and sugar.
Only eat when you are hungry. Eat slowly. Stop when you are full.
Drink water every time you have a craving. A lot of the time your body thinks that it is hungry when it’s actually only thirsty.
If you get a craving for sweets or junk food wait five minutes or have an apple.
You need to learn self control. You CAN say no to the double cheese burger. If you’re eating at McDonalds then only get a happy meal. There is no reason to drink a gallon of Coke and eat 400 fries. That’s TOO MUCH food, you don’t need it, and you don’t need the fat and salt and calories in it, either. The nuggets are probably the best for you. Get apple slices instead of fries, they offer them.
Drink water, and only water. Soda makes weight loss impossible, plus the sugar does you no favors. Drink tea instead of coffee.
Go for a half hour walk every day. You need at least a half hour of physical activity a day to start losing weight.
Your weight loss isn’t going to be instant at first, your body is working on a cellular level. You’ll need to give yourself a few months before you start seeing results so don’t get discouraged early in.
And….SEE YOUR DOCTOR. Before you start any weightloss you must talk to your health care provider. They can tell you what your healthy weight is, how to go about achieving it, and recommend a nutritionist.
Dieting on your own is never healthy. Don’t follow fad diets, it’s proven that they actually cause you to gain weight.
So.
MAKE HEALTHY LIFE CHOICES.

Lots of water will flush out your system and take the extra bloating off – which is caused by high sodium foods like those found at fast food resturaunts.
