American Psycho – Good thriller. Definitely worth watching.
Se7en – Maybe the best crime/drama ever. A must-see.
American Beauty – Genius.
The Departed – Great story, great characters, great acting…a really good movie. Watch it.
Death Proof – A disappointment.
Kill Bill – Good, but not Tarantino’s best.
American Gangster – Pretty good.
Pulp Fiction – Classic. One of the films of the ’90s. Everything about it is great. You need to watch it.

American Psycho was greatly done, Se7en is awesome, American Beauty was mind blowing, Death Proof was kind of funny, Manhunter is remarkable, Kill Bill was fantastic, Taxi Driver was amazing, Jackie Brown was mysterious, and Pulp Fiction was priceless.
All the other films I have not seen yet, but, they are on my movies to see list.

American Psycho – Don’t see it. There’s not even a plot
Se7en – See it. It’s really good with an ending you don’t see coming.
The Departed – See it. It’s an eye opener about the things that go on
Kill Bill – See it. Definitely BAD ASS AWESOME

Of those you listed, only Serpico, Pulp Fiction, and Taxi Driver are truly great. Kill Bill, se7en and Miller’s Crossing(too many small details, must be seen twice) are very good. The rest you could skip, and not miss much.

I’d recommend all of these movies. The only one I’d say you should pass would be Death Proof, but what do I know?
