IMDB rating: 6.60 Plot: Jonathan Trager and Sara Thomas met while shopping for gloves in New York. Though buying for their respective lovers, the magic was right and a night of Christmas shopping turned into romance. Jon wanted to explore things further but Sara wasn’t sure their love was meant to be. They decided to test fate by splitting up and seeing if destiny brought them back together… Many years later, having lost each other that night, both are engaged to be married. Still, neither can shake the need to give fate one last chance to reunite them. Jon enlists the help of his best man to track down the girl he can’t forget starting at the store where they met. Sara asks her new age musician fiance for a break before the wedding and, with her best friend in tow, flies from California to New York hoping destiny will bring her soulmate back. Near-misses and classic Shakespearean confusion bring the two close to meeting a number of times but fate will have the final word on whether it was meant to be. |

Is there any word out there that you wish was a name?
I was looking through the 100 Most Beautiful Words in English and I was wondering if anyone had a word they really liked that they thought would make a nice name?
E.g Demesne, Dulcet, Eloquence, Inure, Lissome, Serendipity
I would never use them! Not in a million years!
But are there are words you like for an actual name? it doesn’t have to be one you would ever use! It can be an animal or anything too!
I know there are names like Grace, Serenity, Faith that are words as well but are there any others you like?
Whisper. Sounds so soft! It would be a very corny name to give to a baby though. ("Whisper, Whisper." or "Speak louder, Whisper." Haha!)
Ember. Actually have seen this suggest a FEW times. It actually reminds people of a *dying* fire as well. A bit too close to too-popular Amber as well.
Honey. Has a very soft, feminine touch to it. It’s almost vaguely sexual too though. If it wasn’t a word in the first place though…
Memory. Sounds like Emery with an M at the beginning. Probably would use it as a girl name (if I did). Also reminds me a bit of Miriam.

Some word names that I like a *might* actually use:
Jubilee, Joy, Blythe, Hope, Viola ("vee OH la") or Violin ("vee oh LEEN").
My name Isobel. | Nov 12, 2009
Alaska and Tundra.
Those sound so awesome.
Hunter Bo Bunter | Nov 12, 2009
Technically…I think anything can be a name.
But nah, I’m pretty happy with the variety of words considered names to select from
